learn how to play soccer

I’ve been coaching my sons U6 team and I have found I really like soccer. Now I want to try and start learning at my level. It doesn’t seem like there is anywhere for adults to learn to play. As though if you didn’t learn it as a child your out of luck. Bummer! I’m going to keep trying though.

I JUST LOOOOVE WATCHING SOCCER!!! my two elder brothers r soccer players at school n i LOVE CRISTIANO RONALDO. im probably the biggest fan of ManU.i’ve got the jerseys,ronaldo signatured ball, the socks, banners etc etc.i also love spain n germany (ballack rulz n so does torres!!!!)im sorta good at soccer but still not enough to satisfy myself.so i want to learn it like all boyz do.

Anyone learning how to play soccer?

I said I would stop when I stopped having fun. I was training for a marathon at the same time and was so afraid to give my all physically during soccer that I wasn’t having fun anymore.

I’ve taken 5 out of 7 classes. I’m getting better. Definitely much, much more to learn. Yesterday we signed up to be on a team. We’ll see how it goes…I expected everyone in the class to be beginners but clearly some have had experience with playing and being on a team. I’ll stop playing when I’m not having fun anymore.

I would like to play soccer it looks cool, but i’m pretty sure i would suck.

i hate watching soccer, but it sure seems like a better sport to play than watch. the field is just too big to keep up watching the ball, but just right to run around in.
