Well, I’m not sure if it’s EVERY day (hey, God rested to! laughs) But I bought a membership to a gym and I have been going routinely, almost every day and sometimes twice a day.

I try to go every morning to do fasted cardio (love the treadmill) and then I lift 3-4 times a week, depending on my schedule and how I’m feeling. I feel great!

I forgot that my job has me walking all over the place. 7 – 10 miles a day!
