live in an airstream

My family doesn’t really get it and think it’s funny their daughter wants to live in a trailer park :)

In a couple of weeks, I am going to be touring one of the International ccd models with the orange backlighting in the cabinets, Internet, and satellite Tv capabilities. The international models are ultra slick and modern, even hip. I found one for about $50,000 in excellent shape. But I am really curious about how much it costs per month to heat one in the winter or cool one in the summer.

Then there’s the issue of whether or not to get a front bedroom model or a back bedroom model. I think a back bedroom model would be more restful and the kitchen should be near the door, so you can have dinner outside if you want.

I desperately want to buy, remodel and live in an Airstream. The very thought warms the cockles of my hippie heart. I get unreasonably excited by the idea of redoing the inside with my own hands. I practically blush at the notion of decorating the interior. I am fervently breathless at the scheme of living in that gleaming silver dream of a home.

I need a cold shower.
