Make tomato sauce

Spent the day with my boyfriends italian family in the back-yard making 600 bottles of tomato sauce from scratch! Is a whole family occasion, and lots of work – but lots of fun too.

First you wash the bottles
Wash the tomatoes
Cut the tomatoes
Boil the tomatoes
Crush/juice the tomatoes
Put fresh basil in the bottles
Bottle the tomato sauce and cap it
Then boil the bottles and your done!
