via meaningful tattoos, piercings, or changing my haircolor. This also includes treating my body like art—keeping the good stuff (vitamins, nutrients, healthy foods, water) in, and the bad stuff (drugs, alcohol, saturated fat, fast food) out. I want to keep myself moisturized, keep my pores clean and my face washed, and baby my body. It does a lot for me, I want to treasure it and dress it up :)
