I did not actually sneak in, I paid something like £1 a film but it was still a great day.
It was a few years back when I was living over in Bath. The first 2 films were over in the multiplex in Bristol, I then came back to Bath for a late lunch followed by a film in the ABC. Over to the Little Theatre Cinema and back to the ABC for the final film.
I can’t remember exactly which films I saw but I think one was Copycat and another The City of Lost Children. I saw a lot of films when I was in Bath including an old Buster Keaton with live piano (in the Little Theatre).

I used to do this all of the time with an ex-boyfriend. It was cool until I got burned out.

When you actually go outside for the first time after a Hopping marathon, your eyes feel all funny and everything feels like your IN a movie. I would suggest getting a ride home, especially if you watched a movie with a chase scene or something.

I’ve come close. I did 3. My friends did 4.

I’ve done both … not on the same day, mind you. 5 movies in one day at the theatre (we call it an uber movie marathon) is do-able if there’s a midnight movie showing (becoming a rare event). We do the movie marathon of 4 films at the theatre (2 mantinees and 2 evening shows) a couple times a year. Sitting that long is hard on your hindend!
