build and live in a treehouse

but I will build a house of tree? does that count? guess not… how about a bird house? an Owl house?

Has anyone ever read this book? It is my ABSOLUTE favorite children’s storybook. It’s about this little old lady who is an outcast – she lives in a treehouse and she doesn’t go out much(her dog gets her groceries), but when a great storm comes and floods the town, everyone floats over to her tree and is welcomed and cared for and they all realize she’s a fabulous human being. Great message of getting to know someone before judging, but also the illustrations are just captivating. This book is the reason I’ve wanted to live in a tree house since I was about 5! :-)
