I have started watching televised yoga session, 30 minutes only, and doing the form of the day every morning before work. It perks and wakes me up, and now that I’ve gotten used to it, I feel empty without it!



My daily goal... 3 years ago

I try to at least do Sun Salutations or three postures of chi gong before I have breakfast.
