    Lady Jane has finally made her journal private!

    Danced for 20 minutes! 15 months ago

    Back into flow with this. 20 minutes with sarina connell. I really want to make sure i liberate myself with dance each day. I free any emotions i’ve kept held in my body by movement. The body and mind are fully and intricately connected. I’m learning through movement to figure out where my tensions lay so that i can release them.

    Still haven’t done any dancing or exercise yet. My eating has included salads, but i’m not doing wonderfully with this. When i get my horse i’ll be able to ride daily in the mornings which will help my heath and my fitness! I’m planning to ride in the mornings as i want to roll out of bed and ride, rather than get prepared, i’m happy to go down the yard in the morning in my rags, ride then come back and get ready for work!

    I've been so lazy. 3 hours a week Exercise & a healthy diet! 16 months ago

    I’m at a point now where i must exercise. I feel untoned and like if i carry on i’m going to go up a dress size. Now of course i don’t believe in dieting, but watching what you eat making sure it’s healthy and exercise. My best form is dance, but i think i need to do a couple of sittups. As i approach 24 i’m sure i’ll notice that it’s not quite so easy to lose weight as it used to be when i was younger. So my plan is to exercise for 3 hours a week. So i’ll do four 44 minute sessions and one 22 minute session. Starting today i’m going to make this part of my routine. Not only will the improve my physical health, but mentally i’ll feel much better also from all the wonderful endorphins i’ll be getting. In the fridge i have fruit like strawberrys, grapes and apples for snacks. I need to cut down on eating cheese and crackers and start eating more salads rather than chips! Even if all i do is exercise though, i’ll be happy as this will overall help me lose weight and keep my health at an peak level.
