I want to own house in Imperial beach

Imperial beach is the beach closest to the US/Mexico Border. It is about 12 miles from my house in Chula Vista. I have been doing a lot of running in IB the last few months. I believe it is underdeveloped and I could get a beach house for less than anywhere else. I think it would be a fun place to live.

It’s been my dream forever. I love the ocean, I love listening to the waves at night, I love playing on the beach. Finally did this two years ago. We spend four weeks there a year right now, and hopefully more down the road. It’s just a great little place for family and friends to gather….and relax. Go for this dream!
