Done, and done! More about this later.

Two more days! I must schedule my workouts earlier in the day. 2:00AM is a tad late to be exercising.

I studied the Basic Flow from the yoga shakti DVD. I threw in some push-ups (10/very slow) and ab strengthening moves. I happened to be playing Radiohead and it went surprisingly well with the yoga (Amnesiac, The Eraser, ...Airbag, and In Rainbows).

of yoga. I waited until late tonight to do it, but it felt good to stretch and balance.

I helped Kim in the yard today. This involved shoveling, raking, and learning to use a chainsaw. Fun! The soreness I’ll feel tomorrow will not be fun.

It was fun. I breathed hard and I sweated. I’m counting it as exercise. ;-)

Yesterday I did a half-hour of yoga-inspired stretching. My legs were sore from my premature running the day before. I also meditated for a half hour.
Today I walked 2 miles in 33 minutes. I also meditated for twenty minutes. I must have really walked fast at the beginning of the week to have covered the same distance in 28 minutes. I think I’ll keep up the walking until my legs and feet feel better.

I ran twenty percent of the time. I must not have measured correctly on Day 1. This sure felt like more work than shaving off three minutes.

I spent a half-hour doing leg, back, and neck stretches. Then, I did a sitting meditation for a half-hour. It was the first time in a week or two that I’ve done a sitting meditation. It was nice.

It is a gorgeous day in Texas. The sun is shining and the air is warm: it’s just under eighty degrees. I walked two miles. It was fun trying to add a meditative element to my walk. I tried to soak in the sights and sounds in a relaxed but focused way.
