    i made a wrist cuff with an anchor design. technically i guess it would be called stranded colorwork because i didn’t use a traditional fair isle pattern, but i did use the technique of fair isle and that’s essentially what i set out to accomplish when i made this goal, so i’m calling it complete!

    it was much, much easier than i anticipated, and i look forward to making lots of hideously designed sweaters in the future.

    obviously (or so i hope), the anchor is upsidedown in this picture, but hey, you get the idea.

    I’d recommend the pattern ‘fairly easy fair isle’ from Stitch n’ Bitch Nation if anyone wants to start out with something really simple with only a couple of colours. It’s a nice sweater.
