-The green jello with have carrot shavings (gross but classic)
-There will be tatertot casserole, “chinese” hotdish, and the hotdish that has potatoe chips on top.
-I will successfully introduce non-scandinavians to partake in my heritage (I’m only 1/16th norwegian mind you, but this is the biggest part of me that I know about, which makes it important)
-I will invite my new(ish) friend Andrea, who is by far the most proud scandinavian Lutheran that I know (besides my own grandma), and we will say things like, “Isn’t Norwegian Lutheran a bit redundant?”
It will be great.
