stay motivated

I’m a medical student and i just don’t study enough! and i have a bad habit of procrastinating to the last minute before working the solutions. how am i supposed to stay motivated towards my studies? and suggestions? (help needed)

Staying motivated is the most important thing…if you are motivated there is no goal you can’t reach…

i have begun to realize how pessamistic i have become because of fear and insecurities, which in turn has made me less motivated to do the things i really want to do. to live big and dream hard and well, make it happen.

note to self: lead with the positive foot – start out saying yes i can! and, don’t let minor set-backs become huge obstacles.

i’m exercising and addressing our finances! two of my most important projects.

With todays economy the way it is and me getting fired cause of it,its nearly damn impossible but I’m going to do it.

i needa scream, so incredibly badly. there is one hell of alot of frustration here right now. the sort of frustration that is not healthy and come from the miscommunication of people who dont say how they feel. they say half sentences, tell you half truths, then reserve the right ot get shitty when things dont work out. for gods sake im not a freakin mind reader.
i cant write about this now.
i needa cool off.
im trying to stay motivated to actually stay friends with MJ. problem is, its not me who is fucking up right now. if she said something and stood by that emotion maybe i would know how to act. you cantg keep changing your mind hun. i cant keep up.

wish i was in higher gear. the RA is discouraging, but the whole idea is to not let things like this get you down. So I won’t!

It’s so tough to stay motivated everyday for me. I really let the smallest things influence my decisions and I must stop this.

I’m looking up online samples and already have a few things I want to put on the board. I’m visual, so this will help. :)
