According to my scales I have lost 2kgs over the past two month.
I am surprised to see a change as my body weight barely fluctuates.
My objective is to get down to 60kg & fit perfectly into a size 10 jeans.
Now that I know 2 sessions of training is working.. Time to add more cardio…
I have recieved my resistance band & will start working out my shoulders at least twice a week.
2 more sessions of pilates & I can knock another goal off my list… With the Xmas break coming up there is no excuse.
Last point: time to make an exercise promise to myself of at least 4 sessions a week.
They say 3 sessions increases your fitness & 4 sessions are needed to lose weight.

... If I work out my back using weights at the start of class I seem to hold my shoulders better during running. I have ordered a resistance band and my trainer will show me how to use it.
There is a two week break over Xmas from Step into Life. I will try and do 2 sessions a week of resistance training during those weeks. Hopefully by the time we return I will have my body in a better place.
I did myself proud today, 2 training sessions. First was Toning and the second was Tough Stuff. Tough Stuff is all about pushing your body to it’s limits. This was the first Tough Stuff class I managed to do all the exercises.

and I can’t see that much of change in my figure.
The personal trainer got a look at my eating habits and said I am quite good at calorie control. I am not a grazer but if I was to snack she suggested increasing my protein by drinking raw eggs (yuck) or eating chicken wings.
Two 1 hour sessions a week of exercise isn’t enough and I need to add some at home classes if I want to change this figure faster. I was doing two hours of cardio a day a few months ago but now that the treadmill is broken I have been lazy.
There seems to be a constant issue with me dislocating my shoulder most sessions. It seems to happen when I am running. I have a bone deformative which mean my colar bones are only 3/4 the length they should be. I am quite reliant on the shoulder muscles to hold it all in place. It is really hard to increase my shoulder strength. Because this is so frustrating I am going to add in extra at home exercises which will tone my torso and keep everything aligned plus add some weight bearing exercises to increase my shoulder strength.

This week which has interupted my training schedule.
Lazy me has also been avoiding my goal of doing weights/pilates 8 times a month.
I will never get the dream body if I don’t pick this up a notch!
Yeah, this is a negative post but I need to write it down.

Did my first session of ‘Tough Stuff at ‘Step into Life’ on Monday. I even surprised myself. It was much harder then the Toning or Boxing classes. I am still hurting days later.
I think I will add this onto my routine when I am on the late shift. It’s nice to shake the routine up a bit.

I consumed 600 more calories then I should have….
First week back on a calorie controlled diet.
I will endeavour to do better.

Eating a lot better and another day with a calorie credit. It proves that writing it down keeps you accountable.
Step into Life
Had my first fitness evaluation. Results: I am working at 110% my heart rate & am quite fit. Yay for me!!!
