It felt great! I hope to do this on a daily basis from now on.
Next step is to create an evening routine as well.
I did it!
The past 2 days have been AMAZING! And I haven’t really done anything out of the ordinary except stick to my little plan. I feel so much more relaxed and alive!
No longer do chores seem mundane, no…now they’re an incentive! I know that once they’re done for the day, they’re DONE and I have to whole rest of the day to focus on what’s REALLY important!
It took me forever to reach this goal – I’ve been wanting to do it for years…but I’ve finally reached the point where I’m organized and confident enough to not only know EXACTLY what needs to be done – but to be able to do it without stressing myself out! Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! :) :)
i have yet to go a whole day where I stuck to my list completely, but I’m getting better! It’s amazing how much more productive I am when i have a plan for my day! :)
orchid264 is trying to become a better person
... as from now on will be:
- getting up at 6 am
- Turning on the radio
- doing the sun salutation (http://www.fitsugar.com/234339)
- shower
- getting dressed/putting on makeup
- drinking 1 glas of water
- making coffee
- Set my MIT (Most Important Task) for the day
Well and then of course my evening routine:
- tidying up my room (just a little bit)
- preparing the things I need for the next day
- getting ready for bed (brushing teeth etc.)
- SET ALARM!!!!
- getting comfy: reading a book, listen to some music
- sleep by 11 pm
just need to stick to an evening routine or I feel totally wrecked the next day. Just need a minimum of 8 hours of sleep.
