How I did it: study at every chance u get!
i studied for 10 months, and mine was mistake free and it was perfect!
i am so proud of myself, even tho at times i wanted to just call it off...i pushed thru and i am now a WOMAN of the JEWISH religion...YAH!

    Bat Mitzvah at 20? 9 months ago

    Ever since I came back from Israel, I get many e-mails from Birthright trying to get me to have my bat mitzvah. I think it is an awesome idea but I haven’t had much time as of late. This semester I auditioned for the school shows and have not gotten in. That leaves me with more time open and I think it is a sign that I should be doing this now.

    I’m a Jew-by-choice, so I never had a Bat Mitzvah. So as an adult I studied and did the work and I DID IT!
