Have tea at the Ritz

Ever since I was 10… and walked into the Ritz in London with jeans (and a complete turist outfit) on in utter embarrassment as somce of my family towed me along…
Well, ever since that time I have wanted to go back, dressed nicely. I want to stay longer than the five minutes it takes to see the grand entrance hall.
Tea at the Ritz would be so… romantic. It sounds so fun!
I hope to accomplish this goal within the next two or three years, or whenever I get to go back to England.

All you can eat or drink…and just request your favourite sandwiches when they come to fill up the plate (wheel on more smoked salmon my man!)

A nice pot of Lapsang too, and a pianist in the corner providing the ambience. Hmmm, must go again sometime!

Mr Sparklyfab booked it for our anniversary this year. In just a few more weeks, I’ll be drinking tea with my pinky delicately waving in the air, as I nibble a cucumber sandwich and discuss aspidistras. Yay!

You MUST do this! It is SO great! And those little sandwiches just keep coming and the scones and the cakes! Delicious! I recommend you have a glass of Champagne too. A truly posh way to spend an hour or so. But you just don’t get long enough in there – it would be good if you could sit there all afternoon…!
