its not this easy. i have several isssues that arise when i even BEGIN to think about MAYBE getting over the fact that he left.
- he saw me until i was 7yrs. at this time, he had another baby with his now wife. i was replaced.- i discovered that he went around hiding the baby seat and other items from me (when i was 7) so that i would not get hurt. well, i tell you this dad, it doesnt make me feel any better to hear that now!- every fathers day i spent crying. wishing that i could make a fathers day card for him, instead of my strepdad and papa.- he left me to be raised without a father, and when i did get in contact with him a couple of years ago, i didnt know what he would be like. i think that this is sad for a daughter to not know her father, or what to expect.- and mostly, i hate him for leaving my mum and i in such a mess. my mum was very young when she had me, and we needed all the help that we could get. we certainly didnt get any from him.tell me, how is a person suppoed to get over their father, having ditched them, and not made any effort to contact them until they finally had the courage to speak up?
tell me where in life is that fair?
