How I did it: Just did it. I thought I would do it at home, but realized that getting to school on time was my priority, and that I didn't have the time to do it before then. So I started doing it at school. It became a nice transition between home and work, and it focuses me. It's a nice way to really wake up and get ready for work. Read how I did it…

ouas finished her 2nd marathon!
i feel so calm and energized when i do this. breathing deep, gazing out into the soft blue morning sky, feeling all the tension drain out of my muscles… theres nothing more revitalizing.
most days i’m already in the car when i realize- d’oh! i didn’t stretch today! but i’m trying to make a habit of stretching once i get to school on those days—it doesnt have that ambiance, but its just as soothing and refreshing.

I managed to stretch today too… I feel good after doing it… but my right leg seems a bit sore.. Don’t know if I stretched a bit too much.. Maybe I should take it slow.. But I am going to continue this… It’s so much fun!

I woke up this morning and the first thing that was on my head was that I had wanted to stretch.. I was feeling a little lazy.. so I continued with my daily activities.. a while later I told myself that it’s morning and my goal was to stretch every morning so why wasn’t I doing it? I smacked myself out of that laziness and immediately did a few stretches.. I only took a few minutes but my muscles feel much more relaxed after doing them… I’m glad I did it!

I’ve been stretching much more often, and I can really feel the difference, particularly in the afternoon, where I don’t get as much back pain when I stretch. Sometimes I don’t, but hopefully I can keep it up, and make it a habit.

Used to do it, moved into a dorm, didn’t want to do it with my roommate in the room, stopped doing it, haven’t gone back to it since. It was six years ago. Time to start back!
cranraspberry postponing most of my goals to focus on a few at a time.
I am so sore in the morning…this should help. I tried this morning…I could barely bend over without aching!
