knit a lace scarf

finished this this morning. I cant wait to wear it tonight.

I will be able to finish the scarf body tomorrow on my lunch hour and then hopefully crochet the four rows of trim and have this done this weekend. I cant wait to wear it, its black and lacy and sparkly.

going to try and remember to print out the pattern and pack the yarn and needles so I can do this on my lunch hours during the week.

established a pattern and its going smoothly, but I am so focused on finishing the bag that this is on the back burner right now.

i didnt like how this was turing out so I ripped it apart. When i was at Michaels they had this black sparkly yarn that I have always wanted to make something with. So I picked up two skeins and started with the same pattern that I had been working with and its turning out nicely. It takes so much concentration though so I can only do three or so pattern repeats or so a day. Im going to use the yarn that I originally bought for a scarf for socks.

Dont normally have the patients for stuff that takes this much concentration, but Im going to give it a try.
