This week I’m 76kg even. I think this goal would be so much easier if I just stopped drinking >.<
is 76.5kg. Again I’m not sure how I managed this considering from this time last week I’ve eaten McDonalds, Thai food, Indian food, my own body weight in chocolate and lollies as well as god only knows what.
Oh well, not complaining though. = )
official weight of this week is 77.2kg. That is a pretty massive relief given what I’ve been eating/drinking lately. Now, just have to take a few steps forward . . .
Pretty sure since drinking beer for four days straight and eating a little bit too much food I’ve gained back about a kilo and a half. BUT, the good news pretty much is that it’s probably a lot of water retention, and not that much actual excess weight, so it’ll be easier to get rid of. Will definitely keep you posted.
