Worth doing!

My serotonin levels are off, I know I can take some vitamins and make it all better, but the sun is the BEST for raising your levels.

It affects your hormones, metabolism, thyroid, all of those things affect your chemical balances and if one is off whack, they all are.

So I have determined I have got to raise my levels, they are very low. I’m going to spend an hour a day outside.

This so could also work with my gardening goal, but there are times I need to just go out there and meditate.

This go round of discardia involves a lot of emotional things and the earth, water, is such a natural healer for me.
Meditation out doors here is not optimal, however I know it will be more powerful than being in my room.

Lots of things accomplished with this.
