filing a claim with American Express to pay for the damage that we did not cause. I will definitely avoid renting with Enterprise in the future. Their customer service department was rude and unhelpful. I have learned a valuable lesson – take good photos of your rental car before you drive off and when you drop it off.
I wonder how many people they have collected $$ from to repair the same scratches.
