Buy a Condo and Pay Cash for It

This is one of the outcomes of my plan to get out of debt. Once I’ve achieved getting out of debt, I can then focus on saving all the money I would have been paying on my debts toward saving up enough to buy a condo (townhouse) and pay cash for it, so I’ll have a roof over my head that no one can ever take away from me (I had to sell my previous condo, due to an impending foreclosure in 2006)...as long as I pay my property taxes, that is.
