...long long time since. So, the aim is to train my stomach muscles in some way every day now, even if just for 5 minutes. I will report in once a week on my progress.

I have started running lately… isn’t this a great way to get more energy and a toned stomach?
abs baby! that’s all i want. I play sports and run a bunch, but the abs are more of a… flabs for me. I do sit-ups and a bunch of other ab workouts. I can feel them working and even see the difference, but it only lasts a day or so unless I keep at it.

what happened to my stomach when i was 17??!!? I want to get it back so badly, because it was really nice to have a nice stomach while wearing a bathing suit
I’m doing crunches every few days. Hopefully that will be enough to get my stomach toned because I don’t want it badly enough to spend too much time at it.
Yes, only a small difference, but I have been doing my complicated series of exercises regularly and have quite a nice set of muscles developing down the side- just have to work on the front now…
I did a bunch of exercises on Sunday night and I’m really feeling it now with every movement…
Its funny because its taken 24 hours to become painful so I orginally thought the exercises didn´t do any good! Need to repeat them again today.
Lots of sit ups till my stomach hurts!
Also found my fitball and need to blow it up so I can work with it again.
