Unfortunately, I’ve been ignoring it for a couple of months. But I just recorded my dream from last night, and I’m thinking about going back and writing down a few of the weirder ones that I remember.

How I did it: I went out and purchased a diary. It was black and had thin, colored, neon stripes that reminded me of looking at an element's color spectrum. I've been using it both as a regular journal and a dream journal, as I feel it's a good idea to document your conscious and subconscious thoughts in context of one another.Unfortunately, it's off to a sad start as I had an unpleasant dream the other night that left me in a panic when I woke from it… Read how I did it…

I picked up a journal yesterday, and just finished writing down my first dream (it was a weird one). I think this is a good idea.
Anyhow, since my goal was simply to start the journal, I guess I can mark this as “done”.
I’ve always had really vivid, abstract dreams, and I enjoy telling people about them. It might be a good idea to write them down to remember them better…
But before I can begin, I hafta find the perfect journal.
I haven’t been very diligent with the journal. I have my first entry then I added another today. I’ve dreamt between now and then, but I don’t think they’re eccentric enough, or interesting at all so I omit them. I also woke up last night from a dream and thought, I need to write that one down in the morning. By the time I woke up, I had forgotten it. BUT, I do like the journal and if I become more diligent it could be the greatest thing ever.
I keep a regular journal and I would occassionally write down dreams I had, then I finally got the idea to keep a seperate dream journal. I loved reading over the dreams I wrote down, they’re so strange sometimes.
So I bought this super cool journal for my dreams and I wrote one down. I have dreams about everyone I know and people I idolize (more or less); so I dreamt about the frontman from my favorite band, and I really wanted to remember it, so what a better way is there to start a dream journal?
I’ll give it a couple weeks to see how it goes and if it’s worth doing, but for now, it’s pretty fun.

One of the first things i do when i wake up is right them down.
I wrote the first entry today – finally a use for that gorgeous journal I got last Christmas! (When they’re too pretty, I always put off using them – writting in them almost feels like vandalism, sometimes.)
Now all I need to do it keep it up. I’ve done this before, I just always peter out eventually.

So I decided that since I started one in 2004, I should just add to that one. I have a dream interpretation book now & it is making my dreams just that little bit more mad… Still I learn lots.
This is worth doing if you want to be in touch with your sub-conscious mind.

I need to find the right journal for this.
It is on the agenda.
I started it last night. I dream heavy and a lot. Horry and Comedy. It should make a neat book someday I assume.
