    lost 5 lbs! 15 months ago

    Well, I have lost some weight in the past month or so. I am walking around more because I do not have a lazy BF who wants to drive everywhere (and I do not intend to be mean). We just didn’t do much walking together.

    I don’t have a DL or a car, so I walk, walk, walk.

    I also do not eat out as much, in fact I have only done it like once a week since he left…. I do miss the dining though. I will continue to eat out once or twice a week. I love food!!

    Anyway, enough about food.

    Now that I have more time, due to a minor changes to my schedule and to being single (and having no friends in this city!!) I have no excuse to hit the gym, which is what I really need to do. I need to beef up so that I can kick ass whenever necessary lol



    CHOCOLATE! 21 months ago

    HA! So I gave in to the tempting chocolatl…it was dark, of course.

    I didn’t know there was chocolate filled with a creamy almond buttery substance…

    I had given up chocolate for lent in comradeship with my fellow coworkers. I did not eat it yesterday, on easter sunday, but today was a different day…a day with a different story. I forgot my wallet on my way to work. It was either be late to work and have money for lunch, or be early and not spend a dime on lunch.

    With no money in my Bad Kitties purse, and a slight need to be sweetly sedated I snatched a chocolate box from my supervisor’s desk and ate an odd number of pieces.

    The delicate flavor alleviated some of sadness that had spilled over from my heart to rest of my body, like tequila does a broken heart.

    Well, I have lost a lot of weight over the past 8 years. Over the past year, I have gained about 5 lbs and I really do not want to go back.
