from losing pounds to losing inches. the weight is not the issue so much as how my clothes fit, and what jiggles. I am going to walk everyday this week, and cut out the sweets and alcohol.

until Aug. of 2005. then I had a high-stress job that kept the weight off. that ended in Dec. enter Christmas cookies, increased drinking, decreased activity. I can no longer live like I’m breast-feeding. ha ha!
Hi im stephanie im 20 and married.. i have a beautiful daughter. her name is jazmyn and shes 7 months old.. and i still havent lost my baby belly… I was 193 the day i had her and im 163 ..but i was 153 before i got pregnant.. i know its only ten pounds but ppl have came up to me and asked me if i was pregnant.. its bad and i have no motivation to work out.. i stay home all day with my daughter..
I wanted to join the YMCA but they want $211.00 dollars to join then $42.00 dollars a month.. for a family tho.. and i dont have the money for all that.. and its still alot of money for just 1 adult to join ..
Any advice or tips on some exsersise i could do… or maybe clothes that help hide the belly bump.
HELP.
I had my first baby boy 5 weeks and 3 days ago..is it too soon to be wanting to lose all the weight still left on me from my pregnancy? I’ve never been a size six or anything but right now my body is all out of proportion and I just turned 19 two weeks ago…Im scared if i dont start now i’ll be too lazy to start in a few more weeks.. is it too soon to start on a diet/exercise program? and does anyone know any that will actually work?? I want to be a healthy active mom..who can pass on what i know about diet and exercise to my son…
Well at the moment im full of a cold, so don’t really feel like doing anything.
But after seeing all the christmas stuff in the shops i have realised i need to get started with my diet and exercise plan.
So come tomorrow, no chocolate or treats and lots of water. I am going to try and walk the children to the village dailey and also do my exercise video 3 times a week.
Today a slob, tomorrow a new healthy me, and then hopefully at christmas i will be minus the belly and look fab in all the photos!
It’s been 6 months now since i had my son, and some weight has dropped off but my belly and bum seem to be just as big!!!
I’ve been trying hard with my diet and doing exercise so hopefully i will be back down to my normal self for christmas!!!
