to write things like ‘for at least a week’ on my goals, but that’s the only way it has a chance of working for me.. This way I can see the progress, it’s more palpable, and I feel more capable of moving on, ‘one step at a time’, like they say.. ;) 5 years ago

I’ve realized I’ve gained a lot of weight.. I’m not feeling good about myself and I have a very unhealthy relationship with food. Lately things have been completely out of control, I know I should lose weight to fit my clothes better, to feel better about myself, and for my health.. but it’s so hard to control it.. despairing, really. So I’m trying something new until I figure out what helps. I don’t want to be obsessed with food any time I need to lose weight, so this is a good test, I’ll see if it helps me stop eating compulsively and makes me more aware of what I’m actually doing. 5 years ago
