I’ve invented my own it’s sorta like a shepherd’s pie. Begin making a lentil soup, but don’t add the water and stock cube, fry mushrooms thinly with garlic, mix the two lots together, create creamy mashed potato, and put it all in a cooking dish in pie sorta way, add garlic/cheese whatever on top of the potatos. Cook as desired. Yummy.

Spanicopitas. Or Spinach Triangles.
Quite nice. Not a new recipe. Not a particularly healthy recipe, but a yummy one.

I’m vegetarian, and I basically live on pasta. I blame it on living on my own. Sometimes I get all enthused and have a big cookup and freeze the left overs, but I just need to get into the habit of cooking fresh veges. I quite enjoy a bowl of steamed veg, I’m just not quite sure why i dont do it more!

Well I made falafel (yum) and helped make shephards pie (veggie style) also created my own weird concoction involving lemon rice.
