I planted my oregano now, so next is to get the
other herbs. I’m also getting lavender if I can
find any left.

atomicfizzydrink SNOW DAY!
My mom and I have started by sowing some seeds, mostly vegetables, in our basement. It’s really exciting to see them come up. I’ve been weeding and such to prepare for this summer, but I’m really excited about finally doing this.

Heh, as the title suggests, my kitty made my last
batch her litter pan and killed all my herbs. I’m
hoping to successfully grow a herb garden this year.
I’m also going to plant a food garden me thinks…
We’ll see how it goes.
atomicfizzydrink SNOW DAY!
For christmas my stepdad got me a “Herb Garden Encyclopedia”, which has gotten me very excited for a garden. I have a perfect place to plant one, and I’ve decided I want to start small so iit won’t be so overwhelming. just a couple of low maitnence plants, and then I’ll build from there. I’m so excited I can hardly stand it.

amberminty is feeling hopeful.
I planted basil, rosemary, oregano, and thyme in terra cotta pots and placed them in my kitchen windowsill. That way, I always remember to water them, and they are nearby when I’m cooking. Fun!
