Am down to 3 cilantro sprouts, and given that one has flopped over today, suspect it may be just 2 very soon. Did read that some people continually plant seeds so they always have a supply, so am going to try that…

I planted basil, rosemary, oregano, and thyme in terra cotta pots and placed them in my kitchen windowsill. That way, I always remember to water them, and they are nearby when I’m cooking. Fun!

I just finished planting the herb garden. It now has peppermint, spearmint (kentucky colonel), corsican mint, basil, basil (purple ruffles), rosemary, thyme, oregano, chives, cilantro, and lavender.

moved the cilantro from the plastic “greenhouse” starter kit to a big planter.

Added a few extra oregano seeds because they take awhile to germinate. The pack said you can grow them through winter indoors so I will aim for that…

mint and 2 variety of parsley’s are still annoyingly slow…

So far I have planted basil, cilantro, and rosemary in a large planter in my backyard. They seem to be doing well, so I want to plant more.

Cilantro and Basil have already sprouted, still waiting on Mint, Italian Parsley, Curly Parsley and Oregano.

I’ve wanted to do this for a very long time, so now that it’s on the list it might actually get done! I can plant it, but I can’t promise it will live, as I seem to have a bit of a black thumb… I forget to water things. That’s why I don’t have many plants, only one right now that’s probably dying as we speak because I didn’t water it this week.
I have in my yard already huge sage and rosemary bushes, but I want to do cuttings and try to root them inside. We want to put in a garden windown in our kitchen when we remodel it, but that’s a few years down the road. It will probably wait until then, but it’s something I definitely want to try.
