Outside of my home town, I’ve been to small shows in Canada (a hardcore show in Vancouver) and Switzerland (a jazz club in Bern). It seems a shame I’ve been to all these countries and have never experienced the more intimate aspects of the culture.
Except for jazz, this list won’t include touring bands, since jazz is pretty universal like that. I also don’t want it to be bands I’ve heard of.
Ideas for this:
Hardcore in Germany, I hear it’s great.
Any kind of rock in Asia, but a domestic band.
