meet Ben Harper

My brother worked with him on his latest album, so my family met Ben on two different occasions and hung with him. He is one of the nicest people I have every met. Genuine and completely down to earth. He made us feel so comfortable. I’m looking forward to seeing him again on his next tour….

the people i went with all obviously had general admission tickets, we had to go to the arena and line up for about 2 hours, just to make sure we didn’t get too far away from the fence, well, well, well…. we ended up getting front row centre – right in front of ben! we literally could see everything, yes beads of sweat and all that. If i never get the oppourtunity to meet ben harper, at least amazing experiences like that will last me my lifetime.

Ben harpers concert is on may 11… i havent seen him since about 3 years ago – that was the last time he came out to Australia, anyway… i woke up at 6.30am and drove about 40 mins to the closet ticket tek outlet, and waited in line with my sister to get the tix for about 3 hours. It was soooo worth it cause i ended up getting 4 general admin tickets (two for sister, and two for myself) and they sold out in about 8 mins, so lucky. i cant wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i think this man is possibly the most talented guy around.. for me he is just the ultimate, music is really important to me, and i can love the passion in his music, and his tunes and lyrics are just out of this world…..
