I didn’t manage to keep an up-to-date report on my progress but I managed to do 15 minutes daily. Anything from walking to jogging and aerobic exercise to dancing. It was a great goal and I plan on doing a similiar one.

5th & 6th April 2008 15 months ago

On the 5th & 6th I just did some walking for around 20 minutes. I am really tired from the three workouts I did in the gym and don’t feel up to anything other than walking but I guess walking is better than doing nothing at all.

On both of these days I did 95 minutes in the home gym on things such as the running machine and exercise bike etc.

I did 90 minites gym working including running, exercise bike, weights and stepper.
IT was hard but I will hopefully start to see some benefits of working out soon.

Day 5 15 months ago

15 minutes doing lunges and squats. Really tired from day 4s workout and not enough sleep last night but at least I managed to do something.

I did an hour today and I really enjoyed it and the hour was up before I’d even realised I’d done an hour.
I did my favorite workout DVD, well 3 sections of it, and really worked hard. I pushed myself a little more than normal and it was a great workout. Mainly aerobic with some dance in it, it isn’t an easy DVD and there is 2 more sections in it, one of which I haven’t tried but will do soon, with one of them being really tough and I’m unable to even keep up with that section but in a couple of weeks I am hoping to give it another go and keep up a lot more than I could do now.

I did 15 minutes again today. 10 minutes doing some dancing from a dance DVD and the other 5 minutes I did squats and lunges as well as a few sit ups.

Day 2 15 months ago

10 Minutes doing stomach exercises including sits ups and reverse curls.
5 minutes doing squats and lunges.
