keep in mind, itz only a one-armed meaning the other hand is gripping the wrist of the pulling arm..
still, it turned a couple heads, most important of whom knew how difficult it was himself (4 a fat guy) :]

fingers have no problem supporting mine 200+ lbs frame
but its aways to a full repetition.
speaking of a regular pullup, of course!!
this to the ‘give up’ corner for now @least since its pretty irrelevant to what needs be done right now
Train your arms in two parts…
A) first being able to actually pull your body weight…
B) the other, being able to pull your body weight from a dead-
hang.
I first started out trying to do them with a slight bend in my elbow. After I was able to get my chin up,
I started working on getting my elbow to bend from dead hang…
I suggest having a budy help with that…
Now I can almost do 2…
