KatelynWeel is thinking about life
Got my dad to join the gym, since I now work there… it’s so much easier to drag myself to work out if I have someone else to drag. Got my two runs in already this week!

I had completed two 10K in London this summer – 1’02 and 1’05!
Need to practise more > pushing myself to run faster + get a better sense about my own pace…..>> hoping to make it next summer to finish a 10K within an hour.
I know I’m slow and I’ve been running for years now…..improving way too slowly!
Any good tips to share?

I ran Friday, however I tripped walking home and hurt my ankle. It’s nothing serious, its just sore, so I hope to go running Sunday.

I probably should start running and it will be easier now seeing as summer has started. I just need to remember that I need to do this to get in shape for soccer.
It was unimaginable for me when I was in HighSchool, I could barely run for more than 5 minutes and it felt like torture.
After 3 years of basically no exercise, I gradually began to run and in a few months was able to run up to more than an hour two or three times a week.
Well, for me run twice a week is the first step to run a Marathon, but I have to found time between my working time, family time, friends time, gym time, piano time, french class time and other time, so… It´s no easy !!!
