Went to the gym and only did aerobic exercise. Had my blood pressure taken and it was in the danger zone-all the more reason for aerobic exercise..Also, will look into yoga classes

I joined the gym today and rode the bike for 30 minutes and did 4 weight stations. Will go again tomorrow. Feel very good about this as I love the routines and eventual results
I want to regularly exercise at the gym, lower my blood pressure and get firm with a good physique
