After my PT session yesterday, my trainer offered me a free 30 minutes evaluation of Kickfit, kinda like a Kickboxing. It looked like fun so I agreed. I did some martial arts previously so I already knew the basic moves. The Kickfit trainer was very friendly and encouraging. He said I was a natural! Hehe.. It truly was loads of fun and I’m thinking of signing up for a few personal classes once my PT sessions are done. Looking forward to this!

Was gonna have one this evening, but my trainer did not reply my sms to confirm the appointment. Plus I was really whacked out from the BOS training which ended today. I sms’d him to see if he’s free tomorrow. I hope he is though I know my knees don’t feel the same way. :p
..I went for some personal training at the gym. My trainer really got me working out like crazy today. But it was worth it! I’ve been feeling somewhat bloated these last few days, but today’s workout banished those bloated blues. Now, the challenge is not to go crazy with food this weekend!
..consisted of lunges, sit ups (using some kind of ball), chest presses, free weight training and 20 minutes on the eliptical machine.
My arms now feel like lead, even scratching my head feels like a chore.. :P
..personal trainer sessions, where I pay someone to torture me for an hour each time. Mostly resistance training for now. Two sessions down, this week my trainer is away on leave (hurray!) so am gonna spend more time for cardio and joining the Step Aerobics classes.
So far I’d say it’s working well, judging by how I’m aching everywhere!
