Weight Watchers online is a fantastic tool. I joined in January and have lost 10 lbs. I wanted to lose more, but I also just FEEL healthier and more active, and that is almost worth more than the number on the scale. You just have to stick with it in order to see results – don’t get discouraged if you don’t lose weight one week. Or even 2, 3, 4 weeks! If you stay on plan and work hard, you will reach your goal. You just have to give it time. I am really committing myself to losing weight with weight watchers and it was a really positive step for me to join not only for my weight but my health and happiness. 4 years ago
