Courage, Initiative and Perseverance (week 02) — 5 days ago
I want to attempt less goals but with more focus. Also want to work on my new habits in a playful manner and not be too strict and/or too perfectionistic. I want to remind myself that in any game: courage, initiative and perseverance lead to the goal. Baby steps are OK but consistency is a must. Though 80% out of a 100% is good enough to move forward. Progress is more important than perfection. However, it takes 21-30 days to learn a new habit, so I will be careful not to add new goals before I’m in the rhythm with things that are already on my plate.
WEEK 36:
This week I want to focus especially on these three goals:
. be me (2nd week)
. go to bed before 23:00 at least 5x per week (2nd week, 0% accomplished in week 01)
. drink 2L of water and/or tea daily (2nd week, 71% accomplished in week 01)
