Pick a school and apply for fall courses
I have a couple in mind for pastry chef programs, both accept applications on goingly. I think I want to check out Niagara Falls/Welland because I love the look of the campus and area, I would rather drive out there than through the city. I would like to set up shop out there if I am ever eventually able to make my dream come true. Real Estate prices are VERY low for what you get in that area

-I need to suck it up and do it. I am actually not too too bad at the interview process, I just hate being the new girl, all confused and needy. Ugh.
Get driving
-I have to do it for so many reasons, I am not the only one relying on me doing this but since that minor accident where a guy hit me (and blamed me fyi, it was beyond not my fault, no one was hurt and basically no damage to either car no police, doctors, mechanics involved, it was really nothing at all, it just shocked me) I used to love it, I now hate doing it. It really is silly if you know how much I know, love, and obccess about cars.

1. Keep working on making a book of cupcake falvors, start baking and photographing cupcakes for future referance (for starting towards my cupcake bakery goal) Last week I perfected almond, this week I want to make french toast cupcakes
1 made awesome maple cupcakes, I may see if I can track down some fondant and try making some decorated ones for Canada day so I can post them up on my blog
2. Go for a walk/jog/hike or weight train every day
No visible results but I dilegently did it, including a two hour walk in sweltering heat by the beach
3. Remember to keep calm and carry on

4. Get a pt job, to help pay for school
5. Get driving, ugh. (starting to realize I am really putting these two off)

7. Start organizing my photos digitally
All credit goes to hp here(I HATE this company) against my better judgement I bought an hp pavillion because it was one of the only laptop computers that could handle and hold everything I throw at my laptop. In keeping with all things hp I have ever owned, it self destructed this week. Taking everthing with it. Turns out that it is on recall, so I will get it fixed for free, thats good and I am very, very happy about that. But it will be whiped when I get it back. So thank you folks at hp for removing this from my list

I will re-establish my good habits and healthy routines. One week at a time. I went through a spell where my home and my life disintegrated into CHAOS. This is going to change now as I’m turning it all around again. Horray!

I will attempt less goals but with more focus. And I will work on my new habits in a playful manner and not be too strict and/or too perfectionistic. I will remind myself that in any game: courage, initiative and perseverance lead to the goal. That baby steps are OK but consistency is a must. That 80% out of a 100% is good enough to move forward. Progress is more important than perfection. I know it takes about 21-30 days to learn a new habit. So, I will be careful not to add new goals before I’m in the rhythm with the things that are already on my plate.
WEEK 52:
This week I will focus especially on these six goals:
- finish work accounting papers and meet with tax attorney or at least schedule meeting appointment as soon as I’m done
- eat 3 healthy meals every day I will prepare all at home, buy everything fresh and enjoy the meals as they give me fuel for my life to be what I want it to be. I don’t eat out instead I will save money and have a frugal, yet delicious and stylish life full of joy and growth.
- open all post and deal with it and pay most important bills first thing
- establish a healthy evening routine and make it a habit
- go to bed before 23:00 at least 5x per week
- be me – i.e. listen to my feelings; what do I want?; please myself, not others!; trust my instincts, get away if uncomfortable; get to know myself better & write down a note every day in my journal whenever I discover something about myself incl. what I need to be happy and what I like and dislike

WEEK 48:
This week I will focus especially on these six goals:
- finish work accounting papers and meet with tax attorney (1st week – I’m calling it first week coz I didn’t keep track before although I’ve already worked very much on this. Just need to keep it up and finish everything now)
- eat 3 healthy meals every day (1st week – same here, been working on this for a while and made great progress. I will prepare all at home, buy everything fresh and enjoy the meals as they give me fuel for my life to be what I want it to be. - establish a healthy evening routine and make it a habit (2nd week, I’m calling it second coz I’ve not been keeping a record although I’ve been working on this the last 10 weeks and made some good progress – i.e. I’m always shining my sink & clearing my Hot Spots & all surfaces in the kitchen, I always lay out my clothes for the next day, I often remember to drink Actimel and I still got to work into going to bed before/at 23:00h. I can do this and I will. Just gotta keep going.)
- go to bed before 23:00 at least 5x per week (5th, week (didn’t manage MON, went to bed 02:00am), 4th week – didn’t keep record, 3rd week 14% accomplished, 2nd week 0% accomplished, 3rd week 0% accomplished)
- be me – i.e. listen to my feelings; what do I want?; please myself, not others!; trust my instincts, get away if uncomfortable; get to know myself better & write down a note every day in my journal whenever I discover something about myself incl. what I need to be happy and what I like and dislike (5th week, 4th week – didn’t keep record, 3rd week 100% accomplished, 2nd week 100% accomplished, 1st week 100% accomplished)
