How to start a Buddy Check 12 team here on 43things, in support of Breast Cancer awareness. Do your self-exam the 12th of every month.

How I did it: I decided I wanted to help get the word out about "Breast Cancer Awareness" by encouraging people to do their monthly self-exams. I am a survivor of this dreaded disease. Early detection saved my life. I sent out literally hundreds of invites to fellow 43T'ers who responded immediately in overwhelming numbers. The Buddy Check 12 Team is still active and reporting in every month on the 12th. Go Team!
