find a free checking account with no minim limit

this has even become more important this last week.
the company has lost pages upon pages of paper work. Records that confirm that we have turned in liquor money that was sold on the plane. So now it is our word against theirs as to who has turned what in and who hasn’t …. they have bigger guns, so guess how wins… People are getting fired over this…
they are now saying I owe more money than I can afford to pay back… but I have to pay.. my job is on the line.

when I first put this goal up I thought I would get it done in a day or so…. it took me well over a week. But it looks like that actually worked in my favor. I found a bank in town today that had just TODAY started a new promotion. They are paying me to start a checking account yep that’s right !! $100 No minimum balance, No fees All I have to do is put my money in there bank and they give me $100 dollars

I can deal with that

If I had opened this account last week like I wanted to… or even yesterday.. I wouldn’t have been able to participate in this promotion
it was on my list of things to do … good thing I was too tired.

ok… some of it is my fault
but when you write a check and then 5 to 6 months later it still hasn’t been cashed… and then you get a shut off notice in the middle of a show storm… you kinda want to pay the electric bill

and when I turn in cash… I seem to have to replace it every other month or so… and I can’t afford that either.

the thing is, we don’t have a lot of banks in our small town

maybe there is one in the airport … that would be ideal
