i’ve been running!
i ran this morning, about 4 miles, and i also am going to register for local 5ks, 10ks, and maybe some half-marathons!

Could someone suggest a place to run in São Paulo. I prefer a place in south of city, near Interlagos.

today erica and i got up around 7 and walked to the trail. there is a stairway next to the ramp to go over the overpass and we started with a little warmup of jogging next to the ramp on the flat surface and then started the stair workout. we sprinted up the stair way and jogged down and around the ramp and up the stair way again 5 times, and then took a drink. then, we just sprinted up the stairs and jogged down another 5 times w/out stopping. and took another drink. we repeated the continuous up/down the stairs, took another drink, and walked home. it was a good workout!

today i took my friend at the crack of dawn to a state park called honeymoon island, and we did a trail run of about 3 to 4 miles and went back to the trail after a snack and walked around for another hour or so. yay me!

I need to run 4 times a week cause I’m too lazy :(
i used to run a lot, but as the weather got colder and i lost motivation i stopped. I decided to start again and started 3 days ago… it was cold at first but then i warmed up and it began to rain/sprinkle… it was so beautiful.. i was looking out over the paddocks and for once in a few months i was really happy with myself :) i forgot how much i loved it!
I started running on the eliptical last week. Man, I forgot how good it feels to just run. It feels even better to know I’m doing something GOOD for myself.

I’ve been running 4 times a week as part of marathon training.
Definitely worth doing!
