I’ve got a bottle of Bilberry extract which I took for months after my eye operations. I really do think it helped. I gained some sight back in my right eye – but that’s years on from the ops. I like to think that taking the right supplements make the eye stronger. Even if the sight doesn’t come back, I want to have healthy eyes – as healthy as possible. I got a referral to a specialist to check my eyes since the ops. I’ve noticed a difference – I’m getting white lightning streaks in my eye – so it’s best to get it checked out. I will prepare some questions ready to quiz the specialist. If nothing else, I need some peace of mind!
In addition, I can browse the Internet for tips on looking after my eyes. I also feel I have a case against my previous specialist. I also intend on researching and asking about any corrective treatment or research that is available to me. 15 months ago
