I hate the way my body is changing. I’m 5’11”, 26 years old and 194 pounds. I miss being 19 and ripped. I’m not expecting perfection out of myself, but I would like to feel good about my appearance again! Not to mention the energy boost that comes with a fit body!

I so had a great six pack, then school came around and I’m not sure I exactly left my desk. Things are clearing up now, but this little layer of fat won’t go away. My Plan:
Week 1: 150 Sit-up every night, sets of 25
Week 2: 200 Sit-ups every night, sets of 25
Week 3: 250 Sit-ups ever night, sets of 25
Week 4: 300 sit-ups every night, sets of 25
We’ll see where this gets me for now.
After completing a course recently which was very physical I thought i’d take some time off the gym and the six packs just gone!! Oh well leave out the beer for a bit (except for world cup games!) and crack on with the phys again!
