build a nest

I had a great helper after breaking my foot to help me reinforce my bed… my Andy was wonderful and even designed some solutions that i never would’ve thought of… the bed was super sturdy and then all of a sudden i found myself realizing that i had the placement wrong because my feng shui energy was shooting right out my bedroom door and then the main door of the house so then i moved it, matress, hanging shelves etc. all installed and now its a little creeky. We’ll see but i’d really like to do some further re-inforcement again after a little bit more healing time on the foot.. :)

I bought, transported, stained and prepped the lumber for my new nest yesterday.
The stain is ‘Winter Moss’ and i think it will look SMASHINg!!!
Tonite i assemble!

I intend to live in the environment i’m about to set up for a few years hence which is a REALLY nice feeling since i hardly remember what it feels like not to be ‘in transit’ in my life.

i’m gonna make this beautiful and welcoming and healthy and functional.
yep.
thats the plan.
