been working to schedule even when I don’t feel it and been given a big boost today by the fact I have spoken to my army recruiter who is really proud of my progress on the fitness front just have to get my run time sorted out now!

i have done some form of exercise every day this week today is my first day off and only because I have to time my run tomorrow to update kris on monday!

went to the gym yesterday – full workout and 12 lengths at the pool afterwards! Pleased as managed to get two days in in the short week! :)



Stupidly I started this goal on a thursday so.. 3 months ago

Won’t fit it in this week!

I have been on friday and am going to try and go again today!

Off to a Good Start 7 months ago

I went today. I got a lot of time in. I finished watching a really bad movie. I made up for that be watching The Trouble with Tribbles.

Oh, and I exercised too. :-)

Made It Three Times This Week 7 months ago

The first day back was a killer, but it didn’t take long to get back into the groove.

By Friday I was feeling pretty buff.

Let’s hope that things continue to go so well next week.

Out of shape again 7 months ago

I’ve been away from the gym for three or four weeks again due to my road schedule.

I went back today. I noticed that the only muscle in my body that seemed to have fared well was the table muscle.

I spent half an hour on the bike. I had to turn the level down a notch as I felt my heart racing too fast at times.

The one good thing to come out of all of this was that I had my iPod with me and was able to get a good start on watching The Indestructable Man.

Consistency 10 months ago

I’ve been going consistently since after the Christmas break.

Silly, but I got an iPod for Christmas. Having that makes the time on the exercise bike go by much, much faster. I load it up with podcasts and I’m entertained enough that I don’t get bored. If I ever run out of cool podcasts to watch, I just watch a movie.

I’m feeling stronger on the machines, and Mrs. viii says that she thinks I’m losing some weight. :-)
