Started gym classes 14 months ago

which stops gymming it getting boring and have joined a dragon boat team which is getting me more fit every week I go (have even stopped feeling like I need to throw up halfway through the session). Just need to keep this up now.

I’m taking racquetball for a class. ^^ It’s amazing. Wanted to play more.



Been going to classes at the gym 17 months ago

Instead of gymming it because I just find it excruciatingly boring. So been spinning once (NEVER AGAIN), step class and legs,bums and tums a couple of times and I actually quite enjoy it so I may stick with it.

i went for a 15 mile bike ride the other day, it started out as a jaunt, or an impulse, and at some point i decided that i had enough energy and water to run with it so i did, almost feinted once but it was all part of it it was great, highly recommended



I want to but im not 23 months ago

i realy want to be more athletic not just becuase people will accept me better but so i can accept me better. IM prety smart and dont get me wrong but in the “school days” it is by far better to be athletic than smart. Now when your 30 and smart then you have a good job, spouse, and a family. Thats what makes me keep going

“well, i haven’t been focusing on this one these past few months.. but then came our comapany’s annual sportfest and foundation anniversary.. at first i just joined the scrabble game, but then i said to myself.. i’ll just do it for fun.. so far, i won 2nd place for table tennis single and we won 3rd for volleyball mix.. now that isn’t so bad.. there were seven teams by the way.. this could probably the start of yet again my aim to be more athletic like my mom, who is an athlete (running, long jump, high jump relay..) and my dad who is a gymnast.. and my brother and sisters who plays soccer, volleyball and basketball..”

PLANNING to make headway with this goal – gonna cycle to school after half term (next week) in an effort to get fit to climb more mountains! (doing 3 peak challenge sometime next yr!). Also my dad has been pestering me to go swimming in the mersey (NOT going to happen – its cold and full of jellyfish) so I may in fact go dragonboating insted

yeah – I need to go to the gym. Even if I just ride a stationary bike for 1/2 hour – that’s better than nothing!
